As an owner you will have access to our project management software, Buildertrend. Within this program, you will be able to have an overview of your project and manage several aspects of the job.
See our daily logs that summarize work completed, issues encountered, and more.
Access job files, including blueprints, permits, material specifications, etc.
View the project schedule.
Communicate with your project manager with messages and to-dos on specific items.
See, comment on, markup, and upload project pictures/videos. Marking up photos helps to eliminate miscommunications.
Keep track of any change orders and invoices.
JobSite Rules
All tradesmen shall enter and exit the job site in a professional, courteous manner. It is imperative that the conduct of all employees is such that we are accepted as guests within the neighborhood. Subcontractor shall be responsible for the actions of its employees.

No trash or debris outside of designated areas.

No offensive language or gestures.

No harassing behavior.

Must enter using designated entrance.
